How to replace the throttle body assembly on 2009 Chevrolet HHR?

To replace the Throttle Body assembly, remove first, the charge air cooler outlet pipe. Remove the engine wiring harness electrical connector from electronic throttle control (ETC) and remove the Throttle Body bolts. Carefully remove the Throttle Body and seal from the Intake Manifold without using any fluids on the gasket surfaces in order to prevent damage of the surfaces. Check the Throttle Body seal and replace it if it's needed when installing the Throttle Body onto the Intake Manifold. Mount Throttle Body bolts and fasten them to 10 nm (89 lb in). Reconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector to the etc and lastly reinstall the charge air cooler outlet pipe.
