How to replace the LH Motor and Transmission Mount on 2009 Chevrolet Equinox?

To install a new left side transmission mount first take advantage of the Engine Support Fixture to support the engine. Next, remove the battery tray. Then, remove the transmission mount to transmission bolts, followed by the transmission mount to frame rail bolts, after that, the mount comes out from the engine. Combining with fastener precautions, position the transmission mount on the frame rail. Mount the transmission mount to frame rail bolts and tighten them to 37 Nm (27 lb ft), then mount the transmission mount to transmission bolts and tighten 55 Nm (41 lb ft). Thereafter, install back the battery tray and take off the engine support.
