How to replace the windshield wiper arm on 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt?

In order to change the windshield wiper arm, turn the ignition on, position the wiper switch to delay, and then switch off the ignition when the wipers are stopped. Take out the wiper arm nut cover and nut and then remove the arm with a puller. Install arm and be sure of proper alignment and tighten nut. Last but not least, test operation.
