    A: Before working on the replacement start by disabling the parking brake and securely lifting the vehicle. Uninstall the tire and wheel before disconnecting the park brake cable from its apply lever location. Secure the brake caliper on a heavy mechanic wire as you push the piston towards the Brake Disc using a c-clamp to move the caliper away from the Brake Disc. Keep the brake flexible hose attached during the process of removing the caliper bracket bolts. Afterward, take off the caliper bracket assembly carefully to keep the hose tension-free. Mark the disc position on wheel studs first and lift it away very carefully; when blocking happens add the j-46277 tool with j2619-01 slide hammer adapter. Check and replace park brake components that show damage during this step. Before putting on the new disc rise any rust from the hub/axle flange and Brake Disc parts using the j 42450-a (Wheel Hub Resurfacing Kit) and j 41013 (Rotor Resurfacing Kit). Reconnect brake lines to their right positions and set park brake shoes to correct distance after removing all dirt from mating areas. Place the new disc correctly by aligning its rotation mark next and measure final lateral runout before adjusting it as needed. Reconnect the brake caliper and bracket first. Then install the wheel and tire combined unit before lowering the vehicle. Perform disc and pad burnishing if required.
