How to replace the front side door window motor on 2008 Chevrolet Uplander?

Removal of door trim panel and water deflector is to replace the Front Side Door Window Regulator Motor. Un- screw the wiring harness, bend the motor holding tabs and loosen the motor. Oil the motor gear and line it up with the window module and restored the wiring connections and re-fitted the water deflector and trim panel.
