How to replace the radiator outlet hose for LH6 and LS2 (5.3L and 6.0L) with a Radiator Hose on 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer?

You must drain the cooling system when you plan to replace the radiator outlet hose for models LH6 and LS2 (5.3L and 6.0L). You should use Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to alter location for the radiator outlet hose clamp before removing the outlet hose from the radiator. The Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) should be used once more to reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp before pulling the hose free from the engine. First connect the new radiator outlet hose to the engine before using the Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to reposition the radiator outlet hose clamp which allows installation of the hose to the radiator. Lower the vehicle before finishing by safely placing radiator outlet hose clamp twice with Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185).
