The fuel fill pipe replacement requires disconnecting Fuel Tank vent pipe quick connect fittings (1, 3) and loosening the fuel fill pipe hose clamp at the Fuel Tank before extracting the fuel fill pipe hose from both the Fuel Tank and from the vehicle. To install the component first position the fuel fill pipe on the vehicle then put the fuel fill pipe hose on the Fuel Tank and torque the fuel fill pipe hose clamp at the Fuel Tank to 4.5 n.m (40 lb in).
