Removing the tire, the wheel assembly and brake drum is done by lifting and holding the car before removing the brake shoes. Unscrew the adjuster spring and the actuator lever and then the adjuster assembly. Take out the trailing and leading shoes of the brakes, and check the thickness of the lining. Use lubricant, fit the shoes, assemble, and re-assemble.
