How to Service and Repair the Brake Pedal on 2008 Chevrolet Equinox?

In order to change brake pedal assembly, one needs to disconnect the electrical connector of the accelerator pedal assembly, take off the retaining clip and the washer and loosen the brake booster pushrod. Take out the required bolts and nuts and then draw the brake pedal assembly back. Install the new assembly and push it into the system and rejoin the electrical connectors.
