How to replace the Rack and Pinion Outer Tie Rod End on 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt?

Remove front tire/wheel. Loosen rack-and-pinion inner tie-rod nut, discard outer nut. Using Steering Linkage and Tie Rod Puller, separate rack-and-pinion outer tie-rod end from knuckle, counting rotations. Remove it from inner tie rod, discard inner nut. Inspect threads, install new nuts, reinstall outer tie rod with same rotations, attach knuckle, tighten, reinstall wheel, adjust toe.
