How to replace the exhaust pipe extension on 2008 Cadillac SRX?

Raise and support the vehicle so as to remove the exhaust tail pipe extension. Take out the hangers with the exhaust system. Circle the position of the current exhaust tip, wipe it off and clean the weld. Install the new exhaust tip, tack weld the exhaust tip, then completely weld and re-install the exhaust system.
