How to replace the MAP Sensor on 2008 Cadillac Escalade?

To replace the Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor, remove the intake manifold sight shield and unplug the electrical connector from the MAP sensor. Remove the sensor and cover the sensor seal with clean engine oil and then install the new sensor and retainer. Reconnect the electrical connector and reinstall the sight shield.
