How to replace the blower motor resistor on 2008 Buick LaCrosse?

To change the Blower Motor Resistor, take out the insulator of the right side instrument panel. Unplug the electrical connector, and then take out the heat stakes in the blower resistor using a chisel. Reattach the electrical connector, screw in the new resistor, reattach the insulator, and install the new resistor. Refer to Consult Control Module References to program.
