How to replace the rear trunk latch on 2007 Chevrolet Aveo?

In order to change the trunk latch, unconnect negative battery cable. Take out the screws and luggage compartment lock, disconnect the electrical connector, lock rod, and cable. Installation requires connection of the cable, lock rod and electrical connector and installation of the lock and reconnection of the negative battery cable.
