How to replace the front fog light bulb on 2007 Cadillac XLR?

In order to change the front fog lamp bulb, take off the front fascia lower close out panel and take off the electrical connector. Be careful with Handle Halogen Bulb. Unplug the bulb/socket by spinning it counter-clockwise then connect it by spinning clockwise. Connect the electrical connector back, test to make sure that it works and put the panel into place again.
