How to replace the door striker on a Crew Cab on 2007 Cadillac Escalade EXT?

To fit a striker on the door of a Crew Cab, remove the bottom striker bolt, but loosen the top bolt and rotate the striker and spacer upside down without removing the bottom hole. Install and tighten lower bolt then take off upper bolt and striker. Install and place the striker and tighten the bolts.
