How to replace the blower motor on 2007 Cadillac Escalade?

In order to change the blower motor, remove the sound insulator panel (where it exists). Unplug the hook and take off the insulating cover. To disengage the motor, draw the retaining tab towards the lower and then rotate it counter clockwise. Install the new motor and reconnect the electrical connector and reconnect insulating cover.
