How to replace the Lash Adjusters on 2007 Buick Lucerne?

In order to replace the valve lifters, take off the rocker arms, push rods and lower intake manifold but maintain parts in order of re-fitting. Lift next the valve lifters and clean all of the gaskets. Prelube the lifters then install them again then re-attach the rocker arms and intake manifold.
