How to Service the Rack and Pinion on 2006 GMC Canyon?

In order to overhaul the rack and pinion Chevrolet Colorado 2004-2006, GMC Canyon and hummer h3, it is necessary to have the vehicle in an elevated position then strip off the tire assemblies in the front. Unscrew the power steering hose and intermediate shaft. Eliminate mounting nuts and bolts, attach the new rack and pinion and tighten it. Fix components and adjustment.
