How to replace the evaporator core on 2006 Chevrolet Malibu?

To replace the evaporator core, remove the HVAC module assembly, air outlet ducts and other actuators. Drill out heat stakes and take off the lower HVAC module case. After taking out the thermal expansion valve and evaporator, add PAG(R) oil on the new evaporator before installing it. Fasten all the parts with specified torque.
