How to replace the Global Positioning System Antenna assembly for cellular and navigation on 2006 Chevrolet Malibu?

In order to change the Global Positioning System Antenna assembly, always lower the headliner. To remove the antenna assembly loosen the retaining nut and disconnect the cables. Install the new antenna on roof opening, screw the retaining nut, reconnect the cables, and install the headliner.
