How to Service and Repair the Clutch Fork on 2006 Chevrolet Aveo?

In order to change the clutch fork, note its position as compared to the release shaft. Take out the adjusting nut and pull off the clutch control cable. Unscrew the retaining bolt and nut then screw off the fork. Position the new fork to the indicated position, screw up the bolt and nut, re-attach the cable, and align.
