How to replace the lower fan shroud on 2006 Cadillac Escalade EXT?

In order to change lower fan shroud, remove cooling fan first. In case there exists an engine oil cooler, remove the oil cooler hose clip. Disengage the lower fan shroud with the radiator clips as shown below. Place the new shroud onto the clips, press down, reconnect the hose clip of the oil cooler where necessary and reconnect the cooling fan.
