You need to utilize the hose clamp pliers (J38185 (SA9111E)) a second time to unlock the hose clamp at the Thermostat Housing so you can take off the radiator inlet hose from the housing. Attach the radiator inlet hose to the Thermostat Housing before applying a small flat-bladed screwdriver to unlock the hose clamp retention lock at the Thermostat Housing. Let the hose clamp lock at the Thermostat Housing using an included small flat-bladed screwdriver to ensure contraction for radiator inlet hose installation. Fill the cooling system before installing the left side diagonal brace.
