How to Service and Repair the EGR Valve on 2006 Buick Lucerne?

In order to change the EGR valve, unscrew the engine harness by removing the intake manifold cover, and unscrew the EGR valve. Take out the valve along with the gasket, clean up the surfaces and fit a new gasket and EGR valve. Install the valve, reconnect harness and install intake manifold cover again.
