How to service and repair the Rocker Shaft Spring Kit and Valve Stem Oil Seal on 2006 Buick LaCrosse?

In order to service the valve guide seal, one needs to remove the starter motor and fit the Flywheel Holding Tool in order to hold the crankshaft stationary. Take out of the camshafts, rocker arms and spark plug. Install and remove with the Spark Plug Port Adapter and the Valve Spring Compressor the pieces of the valve. Install everything again.
