Removing the grille assembly and disconnecting the cooler hoses is required to change the transmission oil cooler on a 4L80-E/4L85-E. Next, take off the auxiliary oil cooler and put it back and clamp the bolts to the radiator brace. Last but not least, attach the cooler lines and replace the grille assembly.
