How to replace the Leaf Spring Shackle on 2005 GMC Canyon?

In order to remove the spring shackle, elevate and hold the vehicle and rear axle in ride height. Unscrew the shackle nut and bolt of the frame and spring and unscrew the shackle assembly. Install new shackle assembly taking into consideration to follow Fastener Notice and tighten all the nuts and bolts.
