How to replace the right exhaust manifold on 2005 Chevrolet Uplander?

Take out throttle body air inlet duct, turn engine, take off MAP sensor, EGR valve, ignition module/coils, disconnect right-bank wires and O2 sensor. Take off crossover pipe, lift up car, take off catalytic converter, heat shields, manifold, gasket, clean surfaces. Install components in reverse order, attach manifold nuts and heat shield bolts, reconnect components, fix engine position.
