How to replace the alternator on 2005 Chevrolet Uplander?

In order to change the generator, unplug the negative battery wire and the windshield wiper transmission connector. Turn the engine to access, take out the drive belt, and disconnect the battery terminal and the regulator connector of the generator. Disassemble the generator, reassemble it, reconnect the terminals and replace the drive belt and wiper transmission.
