Use the Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to transfer the hose clamp from the radiator before taking off the radiator outlet hose from the radiator. The Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) needs to relocate the water pump housing hose clamp before the radiator outlet hose can be extracted from its position. Install the radiator outlet hose by aligning its marks to the water pump housing and position the hose clamp using the Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185). The vehicle needs to be lifted so the radiator outlet hose can be connected to the radiator unit while using Hose Clamp Pliers (J 38185) to adjust the hose clamp position. Afterwards reinstall both the lower radiator air deflector and empty the cooling system with fluid.
