In order to change the exhaust crossover pipe, one should first remove the battery box, then the exhaust crossover pipe nuts and the pipe. When necessary, take out the exhaust manifold studs. Installation When installing, make sure to leave a gap in between the thermostat housing and the pipe, and install the battery box again.
