How to replace the thermostat on 2005 Chevrolet Corvette?

First drain the cooling system to replace the thermostat. Take out the outlet hose of the water pump inlet and the water pump inlet bolts. Removal of the water pump inlet taking note of the O-ring seal. Install a new housing with an O-ring with the thermostat, reconnect the outlet hose and seal up the cooling system.
