How to Replace an Ambient Temperature Sensor on 2005 Chevrolet Corvette?

In order to substitute the ambient air temperature sensor, lift up and hold the vehicle up. Unscrew the electrical connector on the sensor and wring out the retainer that holds it to the radiator support. Remove the sensor, reinstall it making sure that it is correctly oriented. Fasten it with the retainer and reinstate the electrical connector.
