  A: Start the valve stem oil seal and valve spring replacement process by taking out the right camshafts and Starter. Fasten the en 46326 flywheel holder next. Clean the Spark Plug opening thoroughly and take out the Spark Plug from the specific cylinder. Start by setting the j44211 base plate on the Spark Plug hole followed by placing the j39313 Spark Plug port adapter while keeping the valve closed with constant air pressure. Mount the swivel nut and arm of j44211 onto its matching valve stud. Secure the swivel nut lightly until you can reach the valve locks. Push the magnet to remove valve stem locks before you turn the swivel nut and pull away the arm into position to take off the valve spring retainer and valve spring. You can replace the valve stem seal when new parts are needed but you should use the j38820 tool to grip and twist the existing seal from its position. Check and gauge the valve spring before applying oil to both ends of the valve stem and the inside surface of the new seal. Fit a stem sealing collar onto the valve stem then put on the new valve stem seal by using j38820 tool. Place the valve assembly onto the spring retainer and tighten the swivel nut of j44211 manually to an opening point before adding valve locks. Set the valve locks in their position using a magnet before taking the swivel nut and arm of the j44211 apart. Release air pressure from the system first then take off both j39313 and j44211 base plate assembly to install the Spark Plug. Rephrase this step to all cylinders receiving this service and return the right camshafts before raising and holding up the vehicle while taking off the en 46326 and putting back the Starter.
