How to replace the power window switch in the rear door on 2005 Cadillac STS?

Before replacing power window switch on rear door, remove door trim panel first. Unplug the electrical connectors and pop those tabs holding the switch to the door trim panel. Next, pull out the switch from the bottom of the door trim panel. For installation, apply pressure to the switch into the door trim panel to lock the mounting tabs in place, attach electrical connectors, and then lastly attach the door trim panel.
