What tools are required to replace the rack and pinion boot and breather tube on 2005 Buick Terraza?

In order to replace the rack and pinion boot and breather tube, use J 22610 Keystone Clamp Pliers. Unscrew the outer tie rod, hex jam nut and remove the boot clamp and dispose it. Install a new boot clamp, grease it and make sure that the boot is in place and then crimp the clamp.
