How to replace the automatic transmission shift cable on 2005 Buick LeSabre?

In order to change the Automatic Transmission Range Selector Cable, park the brake and chock the wheels. Unplug the cable of transaxle manual shift lever pin, release it out of bracket, and take the closeout panel out. Install the new cable and hook it to the steering column and as necessary, adjust.
