The first step involves removing the seal surrounding Heater Core and Evaporator tubes followed by unscrewing the upper hvac Evaporator case screws until the hvac Evaporator case separates into two halves for access to the Evaporator core that needs removal. A user should add correct refrigerant oil to the Evaporator before installing the Evaporator core into its housing followed by upper hvac module case installation. The upper hvac module screws need tightening to 1.4 n.m (12 lb in) while following the installation of the seal that covers the Heater Core and Evaporator pipes prior to hvac assembly completion.
