To change front parking brake cable, elevate the car and release the tension of the cables. Unscrew the front cable and take it off the equalizer. Get to the cable by taking out panels and carpet and unhooking it off the clevis. Install the new cable and make sure that it is well-routed and then assemble the vehicle.
