How to replace the canister purge valves on 2005 Buick Century?

Start the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge solenoid valve replacement by disconnecting the electrical connector of the evap canister purge valve followed by separating the valve from both the evap canister purge pipe and the vacuum supply hose. First detach the bolt holding the evap canister purge valve before removing the valve through the Intake Manifold. Attach the evap canister purge valve to the Intake Manifold by using the bolt which requires a torque limit of 10 n.m (89 lb in) according to fastener notice in service precautions. After this, proceed to connect the vacuum supply hose and evap canister purge pipe to the valve before reattaching the electrical connector to the evap canister purge valve.
