How to replace the right exhaust manifold on 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L engines on 2004 GMC Yukon?

In order to change the right exhaust manifold of 4.8L, 5.3L and 6.0L engines, one should take off the ignition coils and spark plugs and loft the vehicle. Take off the exhaust manifold pipe nuts and bolts, wipe the manifold and apply a new gasket. Install bolts as indicated with the aim of correct installation, replace spark plug and ignition coils.
