How to replace a one-piece Drive Shaft on 2004 GMC Sonoma?

In order to substitute the singular propeller shaft, solidly lift the vehicle and label all the driveshaft elements to be put back together. Un-bolt the pinion flange clamps, unbolt the propeller shaft and apply tape to the bearing cups. Clean and clean all parts, changing where necessary. To install, lubricate the slip joint, and match reference marks and then tighten the bolts.
