How to replace the front crankshaft seal on 2004 GMC Sonoma?

To remove the crankshaft balancer, first, the crankshaft front oil seal should be removed. Use a prying tool to pry the seal out to check the engine front cover for damage. Lubricate the new seal then use the Cover Aligner/Seal Installer to install it flush and square. Finally, install the balancer again.
