How to replace the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) on 2004 Chevrolet Corvette?

In order to change the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS), elevate and prop the vehicle. Eliminate RH muffler system and clean about VSS. Dislodge the electrical connector and strip the VSS of the differential case. Apply lubrication on the O-ring, fit in the VSS, reconnect electrical connector and fit in the muffler.
