How to replace the Motor and Transmission Mount for RPO Z71 on 2004 Chevrolet Colorado?

Firstly, lift and support the vehicle and then support the transmission using a transmission jack in place of the transmission mount which is for RPO Z71. Loosen the two nuts holding the transmission mount to the transmission support, lift the transmission off the support and remove the mount to transmission bolts and also the mount spacer. For installation, you first install the mount spacer and then connect the transmission mount with the vehicle. Make sure to carefully adhere to the Fastener Notice in Service Precautions, then mount the transmission bolts and tighten to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.). Lower the transmission and secure it by installing the two nuts to the transmission support and tighten them to 57 Nm (42 ft. lbs. - N). Finally, take the transmission jack after lowering the vehicle.
