How to replace the rear door hinge on 2004 Chevrolet Classic?

In order to replace the hinge at the rear door, open the front door and identify the position of the hinge on center pillar and rear door. Take off the old hinge, fit the new one into place of the marks and fix the bolts and nuts. Lastly, find a way to clean all the marks and close the front door.
