How to replace the primary and secondary hood latch on 2004 Chevrolet Cavalier?

In order to change the hood latch, open the hood and trace the location of the latch. Take out the latch bolts and loosen the release cable. Install new latch, attach the cable and position it using the marks. Tighten the bolts, position the hood in case of necessity and close it.
