How to replace the lower air hose on 2004 Chevrolet Blazer?

In order to remove the lower filler tube, empty out the fuel tank and remove the lower fuel fill hose. Take out the spare tire, loosen the top fuel fill hose clamp, and unconnect the ground wire. Disassemble the lower fuel fill tube and screw the new one in place making sure that all connections are connected and the spare tire is replaced.
