How to service and repair the front coil springs and shock absorber on 2004 Chevrolet Aveo?

Removing the strut assembly and attaching it to the spring compressor is the solution to service and repair the suspension strut. Squeeze the front spring, and grip the threaded piston rod and take out the piston rod nut. Note the front spring seat position to be reinstalled. Take out and put in parts one at a time in the right position.
